Review by M.E. In July we had an emergency and Atlas was the only company that responded. A tech from atlas responded by phone and was at our door within 30 mins. Upon his arrival he quickly assessed the problem and was able to fix it. I highly recommend him and will use Atlas again...Overall 5/5 quality..5/5......price 5/5...punctuality 5/5

We experienced an electrical fire yesterday at one of our Dunkin Donut stores in Paterson, luckily it was contained to the ceiling in the bathroom and no one was hurt. As is typical in these situations the Fire Dept disconnects power to the building until the cause has been determined and the wiring deemed safe. Due to an early morning nature of the incident (6am) on a Saturday, and the building being empty for several more hours, The FD agreed to keep the power on while they stood by so we would not loose everything in the refrigerators and freezers as long as we could have a licensed electrician on scene within an hour.

Verlet of Atlas Electric based in Springfield is the guy I once again called.....He is not your typical licensed electrician as he specializes in 24 hour emergency work and smaller jobs that many companies will not bother with....Verlet picked up the phone as always and was in Paterson within 30min, exactly when he told me he would be there. He quickly worked with the Fire inspector, and got the store cleared to be occupied and operate. After a quick trip to the supply house Verlet had repaired and replaced the faulty fixture and was back on the road....You would think that his 24hr emergency service comes at a premium, however his prices are very fair especially in a situation like this...

if your ever in a situation that demands an electrician regardless of the day or time, give Atlas Electric a call...and if you need a small install or repair give them a call too, you might be surprised both by his price, but the fact that you won't have to wait weeks for someone else to even call you back...
